We love challenges! How do you get 500 conference participants to reflect and focus early in the morning? At Next Learning we used a 2x3 meter floor mat on the stage and loose mats in the room to get participants moving and find answers to the central question: Where do you want to develop today?
For years we have been speaking from Interlocked at OEB Berlin, where L&D professionals from all over the world come together. We shared the World of L&D and played our games Wayfinder and Keystones. The reactions are overwhelming: “The most valuable workshop of the conference” and “This is how you do a workshop.”
During the DevelHub annual conference we had conversations with learning leaders at the World of Impact. Themes were involving the business, escaping the L&D bubble and dealing with leadership without vision. One participant said: “Finally a clear visual of the complex L&D world to share within my organization.”
80 people working on L&D challenges at the same time? With “Wayfinder” you can! During the opening of the ATD European Summit in Amsterdam, professionals played our game. They felt recognized in the dilemmas: “How do you know us so well?”, and left with concrete actions to tackle them.
